- Frame: Q235B cold-formed thin-walled steel, hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection, connecting bolt torque ≥ 80N·m, main body prefabrication rate ≥ 95%
- Walls: Double-sided color steel/metal sheet sandwich panels, core material optional: rock wool (Class A fire resistance), EPS, PU (thickness 50–200mm), with thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire resistance performance
- Roof: Trapezoidal galvanized steel sheet as standard configuration; PU insulation roof optional for severe cold/high temperature areas, waterproof grade ≥ IP65
- Flooring: Non-slip composite flooring/non-slip ceramic steel plate, wear-resistant and oil-resistant, easy to clean and maintain
- Doors & Windows: Class B fire door (size 1.8×2.1m), aluminum alloy/PVC doors and windows (size 1.5×2.1m), with good sealing performance
2. Functional Zones & Supporting Facilities
- Functional Modules: Kitchen area (cooking/food preparation/cleaning and disinfection), dining area, storage area, changing room, toilet. The flow follows the principles of separating raw and cooked food, and separating clean and contaminated areas.
- Kitchen Supporting: Stainless steel workbench, smoke exhaust system, three-level water purification device, intelligent kitchenware base, cold chain interface, complying with HACCP food safety standards.
- Dining Supporting: Detachable booths, pre-embedded self-service food collection rails, zoned seats, supporting staggered dining and social distance adjustment.
- Storage Supporting: Combined cold storage, embedded dry goods shelves, meeting the needs of food storage.

- Earthquake & Wind Resistance: Complies with international building earthquake and wind resistance standards, can be reinforced according to regional needs
- Service Life: ≥15 years in conventional scenarios, can be extended to 20 years with good maintenance
4. Installation & Transportation
- Transportation: Overall transportation by flatbed trailer, firmly fixed, transportation speed ≤40km/h, deceleration when turning; supports sea-land intermodal transportation
- Installation: Light concrete foundation is sufficient; on-site hoisting positioning + structural assembly. Small modules can be installed within 1–3 hours, and large modules within 1 day.
- Interfaces: Water and electricity pipelines are pre-installed for quick on-site connection without complex construction
