In 2026, we undertook a key project in Indonesia’s industrial zone—a 6-storey modular staff dormitory covering 8,410 ㎡, designed to accommodate 960 industrial workers. The project faced two core challenges: Indonesia’s rainy and earthquake-prone climate, and the client’s urgent demand for fast delivery to support the industrial zone’s operation. To address these, we adopted an 85% factory prefabrication process, using lightweight yet high-strength steel modules with reinforced anti-seismic structures and waterproof materials. The entire project was completed in just 4 months, 50% faster than traditional concrete construction, significantly reducing on-site construction time and avoiding delays caused by rainy weather. The dormitory includes 240 well-ventilated rooms, wide fire-safe corridors, dedicated utility rooms, and basic laundry facilities, fully complying with Indonesia’s occupational health and safety standards.
Prior to this, in 2024, we delivered the KNI-FPP Container Camp for a local logistics company, covering 1,000–4,000 ㎡ with customizable container units. We designed elevated foundations to prevent waterlogging during the rainy season and customized the units’ colors and sizes to match the client’s brand image. The camp included dormitories, a small canteen, and bathroom blocks, providing a comfortable living environment for 200+ logistics workers, and was highly praised for its durability and adaptability to local conditions.
